Upgrading Cost & Process

Hi ,

We are currently in Qlik Sense Enterprise Sept 2018 version and planning for an upgrade (to have visualisation bundle) Can some body let me know

1)if there is any cost involved in upgrading 

2) what is the process to upgrade

3) which version would you recommend to upgrade to considering stability and the current version.
