Use mobile plateform to connect Qlik Sense

Hi,

I have a Qlik Sense Server on my distance host and I can get into hub and open some Apps on my computer(I already set the write list). Than I try to test that on the mobile phone, so I let some one use their moblile phone to connect my servers, but most of all can't login.

The browser we used is Safari with iphone 6. Our Qlik Sense Server is Version 1.1.0

Hi Alexander  - Sorry to reply you so late, I have set "Allow Http" as true, but it didn't work, is there any other proxy configuration should be turned on?

Hi,

Are you using SSL (https) for your mobile access. Is your SSL certificate signed  by a trusted authority or are you using the stock certificate shipped with Qlik Sense? If you do not use a signed trusted certificate, then iOS8 will block ALL ACCESS to your server. There is no way around it, it's a iOS security feature.

Enable http on your QMC and then access Qlik sense from your mobile device using pure http, or install a signed root certificate on your http server.

Also, look at the following threads for more advice:

Hub access from mobile devices (iPad/Android)
