User Access Denied

Hi All

I have create a user and assigned a token to that user but when trying to logon I get the following error.

Please can some explain or assist me.

Which user access he is trying? https://servername or http?

When you say that you created a user how did you do that?

Normally you just login to the hub as that user.  The account is created automatically.

Then if you don't have a rule created to automatically assign a token you have to do it manually.

After that the user should be able to login to the hub.

Yes only with this username. I was required to create a user local to the server. Then add to Qliksense and assign a token. but when trying to login this user to the Hub I get the error. I did login with the root admin account and that works fine.

Using https:/Servername from my local machine

I created the user on the local server, and the restarted the proxy service. This refreshed the users in Qliksense.

I did manually assign the token to the user.
