User Access Quarantined after 7 days

Hi guys,

My understanding is that an access token gets freed after 7 days without having logged in with the user who had it allocated.

However, it's 11th April 11 AM and I deallocated a user that had not logged in since 4th April 6 AM (7 days).

Do you know why it remains quarantined? Is there anything I can do?

When I checked again this afternoon, the token was no longer quarantined.
