I am facing some issue at my place, few users not able to access the hub, to check the root cause which logs need to check?
Below application might help you.
1. What error message that user get on the web screen will it related to Tokens or some other.
2. Check it is connectivity issue or what.
3. Check that user added to correct HUB and Stream or not.
4. Check the log files and read the user access from particular IP or not.
Also, Check if there has been any entries regarding this in the license monitor.
