Qliksens app's data, which has data of 12 locations, can we restrict certain location to certain users, instead of giving a user access to view all locations?

Section Access is a possibility to restrict users to parts of data within a app.

Youssef belloum, I think I'll give one more example for the scenerio on which i need to implement,
CEO---> Project Manager--->Employee
CEO has access to view and edit all the data in the app.
Manager has access to view and edit data related to his project.
Employee has access to view data related to his project.
