User Allocation in Qlik Sense

Hi.

I allocated users in Qlik Sense for the Model. Bur seems something is wrong as the get 'Access Denied'. Please see the printscreen attached. Naresh and Sumit- they seems that they log in , but they not , they get 'access denied' error. Please help.

Hi Inna,

Where do they get the access denied? Entering Qlik Sense or an app?

You can try to restart the services of Qlik Sense. Often if the central node gets to busy, allocation can go wrong.

We can't do anything with the menu overview. But can Naresh enter Qlik Sense?

the issue was that the model was not published.
