I hope that anybody can help me with is issue:
The users has all the rules for this specific stream (we use Qlik Sense server) and still when a accessing the Hub, this specific stream is not there (three users has the same problem)
I tried a lot of things, delete and recharge the user to the rule, create a new rule with only that user, changed the condition of the user from user.name to user.userid, logged off and recharge the Hub and anything not works.

After all, it was solved, just I restarted RIMS node
Under User Tab have you assign a stream to that user ?

I just had same issue. After checking all possible causes in QMC, thanks to this post, I rebooted all RIM nodes and it resolved the user's issue.
I am still stuck with the issue, i have one central and 2 rim nodes .. I had rebooted both the RIM nodes but still no luck
can you help me with that?
