I want to change the filter condition for each user who uses the app. Is it possible to change the filter search conditions for each user?
For example, assuming we have Group 1 with American users and Group 2 with British users, when American users use the app, we want to filter the country as America when the user logs into the app. But is it possible?
1. create section access that identifies your users as Group One or Group Two
you can then either
a. restrict the data set to only include data from the required country
or
b. create a data island for the filter with filter country set to United Kingdom or United States and setup a bookmark for country=[filter country] to get the desired default setting. make it default to apply on open pp.
