User sync do not add new users from AD

Dear All,

I was checking for a user in my users list in QMC and unfortunately I recognized that, the users list is not adding new users from the Active directory by synchronizing. After searching about the issue in Qlik community, I have unchecked the "User Sync Settings" box and rerun the synchronization in the UDC. The status shows "Database store" but the new users are still not appearing in users list. 

It would be very glad, if someone can help me.

Hi @nourhassan,

Can you please verify that the UDC is correctly setup. You can do this using an LDAP admin tool. For more details, check the article here:

Or alternatively you could ask the users to try login. If the UDC is correctly setup, then they will be able to login and will be automatically added to the users list
