User sync not happening

Hi ,

I am trying to fetch users from AD to Qliksense sandbox system. The job completed successfully but no change to the users.

Same connector works well with other landscape.

Can someone guide me?

Is Sync User data for existing users checked on directory connector? if so, it only syncs existing users, wont add new ones...
