User with export to excel problem

Hello, 

I have a  user who has a  problem when trying to export a table to excel.  

We are using QS enterprise May 2022.  

This is what he gets when he tries to export to excel.  ...but not every time...  

 

Today he was trying to export a table with 29 rows and 16 columns.  I am using the same version of Chrome and had no issues exporting the same data-set.  He was able to finally export after a 3rd try.  

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions please ?

Hi,

In QS Enterprise May 2022 version, they will take an one step before exporting data into the excel.

they ask for export with the same format which are used in qlik sense table chart having.

if you want it then tick on checkbox  and click on export button

either click on export button.

Hello Mohammed and thanks for your reply.  

But this is not the issue.  The user clicks to keep the format (or not) and then the download generates.  when he clicks on the link, it should download to be opened in Excel, but it opens in a new chrome tab.  And it gives a error message or a blank page because Chrome is trying to open an Excel file...
