Users getting "no access pass"

Users are reporting getting "no access pass".  I am trying to understand how QLIK licenses works.  In the QMC License Management shows 15.8% of my total tokens unallocated.  However my Login Access shows 0 free. I am not sure how to read this information.  Also within "User access Allocations" I can see there are licenses that are allocated to deprovisioned users.  Will deallocating licenses to for these users cause issues with any streams or dashboard they may have built but are still being used?

Hello @ronbosley

You are in an older license model where the counting wasn't so easy. Here is an example https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/August2021/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_Depl...

What you need to check us if the users complaining have login access or user access assigned. You most likely have a rule assigning login access automatically that could explain why it is maxed out. Short term give user access for the power users keep login access for the occasional user. One other reason can be this https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/You-cannot-access-Qlik-Sense-because-you-have-no-access-pass...

You can delete deprecated users in the overview via the qmc you can change the app owner under the apps section, if they would have been the owner of one.

Best regards
