Variable Input Box forecasts based on Revenue

Good Day

I would like to build two Variable input Boxes namely:

 - Total Working Days
- Total Days Worked

I would like to Select the "Year/Month" and then enter the current amount of days worked thus far as well as the total working days for that specific month.

After the two values are entered it need to calculate the forecasted revenue for the month.

eg.

Total working Days: 22
Total Days Worked: 5

Forecasted Revenue =(Revenue/5)*22
