Web data connection on QlikSense Sep 2020SSL/TSL handshare failed

Hi,

QlikSense Sep 2020 , OS Win 2012 R2.

When I try to create a data connection (web) , use path as https://opendata.ecdc.europa.eu/covid19/casedistribution/csv/ 

I get error message as "SSL/TSL handshare failed. Certificates and/or passwords are invalid"

any recommendation ?
