Weekly Trend Help

Hi Experts,

Can any one please help me on below requirement. We have the Excel File data like below.

Every week some new Names data will add into the file. For example on second week 13-01-2020  one new name was added, on third week 20-01-2020 Two new names were added and on fourth week 27-01-2020 Two new names were added .

In a bar chart we have to show weekly trend with on each week how many new names were added.

can any one please help me on this requirement. please find the below attached source file.
