Weird filter pane behavior?

Hi I am trying to show the top 5 "reasons" and have used the following formula to rank my reasons:

IF(Aggr(Rank(count(case_number),4),case_reason)<=5,case_reason)

But now when I collapse the filter-pane the results go away and the text is not searchable. The filter pane works when making a selection but collapsing the list to show just the title "Top 5 reason" makes the whole list go away.

Any help with this weird behavior?

Re: Weird filter pane behavior?

Hi,

If I correctly understood your problem.

In the attached file I will try to simulate your situation. As you can see from the attached file, before the selection starts, the entire list of ranked values is displayed in the corresponding field. Your situation is observed only if you enter values in the search string that are not in the list, which is correct.

Maybe my example is different from your situation?

Andrey

Re: Weird filter pane behavior?

Hi Andrey,

I viewed your file, and the behavior is still observed. Reduce the size of the filter pane so that only the title is visible, and you will see that the list goes away.

Re: Weird filter pane behavior?

It works fine for me on QS 3.2.3. What version are you using?

Hi Rob, I am on version 3.1. This must be a bug.
