What is the best approach in Multiplying values on same column?

I need to multiply values on same column and results would be in another column per line, Please refer to attached sample screenshot for you reference.

Results can be rounded up anyway.

Hi ,what do you mean by previous value * value?
I have column1 that will multiply by row and will output to the next column
Sample:
Column1
Row1 =2
Row2 =3
Row3 =4
Row4 = 6

Output will be ..
Row1 = 144
Row2 = 72
Row3 =24
Row3 = 6
