We are on 3.1 SR6 and its showing a blank white screen on startup. I read many articles on the web and they talk about expiration dates. So what version should we be using since its Sept 2017 now and may be this white screen issue is resolved.
I read that 31 July 2017 was the expiration date of last release 3.1 SR6. Will that be the reason that we are looking at a blank white screen upon opening the QlikSense desktop client? If yes then which Release should we move to?
