As an OEM partner to Qlik , Our team serves as a framework provider to our Delivering team . While evaluating a move to November 2018 I found a number of interesting articles on the Qlik Support Page.
I found a few of the items here in the community which correlate with some articles, but the vast majority what is written in the article is all the information that is provided. I also found some fixes in the February 2019 release notes.
What is the best way to request for an update/more information as to what the issue is for items found in the Qlik support Article page which have a Qlik bug ID associated with them.I saw some wording about a live chat but I really couldn't get that going.
