It says it needs 12 Hours to download 205MB.
I have 100% connection strength.
Downloading on a Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit OS. (Windows is a Virtual Machine ran though my Mac book Pro)

I think you have an issue with your connection and/or firewall/antivirus/group policies.

Would agree with Marcus. I just ran a test and it took about 30 seconds from a remote connection on a public WIFI.
