Why is my trial instance nonfunctional

A few days ago i signed up for a 30day trial of Qlik Sense.

Initially, things looked fine. It set up the website, https://i3rmajmazk1s537.us.qlikcloud.com/  
I could log in, and select data input types.
At the time, I was experimenting with different data, so i did not actually set any specific data input feeds.

A day or two later, I came back to it, to actually try hooking it up to data.
And the site is entirely down. Browser says:

i3rmajmazk1s537.us.qlikcloud.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

It has remained down for days now.

This had happened with me as well but got resolved after few hours automatically.

Try contacting Qlik Support.

Funny you should say that.
I've been TRYING to contact support.
It's been completely broken.
And they did some kind of transition for support methods over the weekend. So, these forums are now the only form of support, it seems.
