Yearly Sale by region

Help Needed--

I need to create a similar looking chart but instead of 'Years', I need to show Regions - 'East', 'West', 'South', 'North'

I need to show trend chart of sales for Chair & Table for each region.

So

X Axis -> Date 

Y Axis -> Measure sum of Sale

Y Axis -> Region

Color -> 'Chairs' & 'Table'

Not exactly the same layout but you may like to try line chart inside trellis container, something like this -
