add user to app (Qlik Sense Server)

Hi Folks,

i got a Question: How can i add an user to app in Qlik Sense Sever? In The Setting: Licens Management i know that i can select the user and via button: allocate i can them select.

But how can i add him to app? Shold i start the Task if i allocate the user?

Does anybody any idea?

You can't add users to apps. You can give a user access to an app. To be able to open and use and app the user needs a license token and access to the app. It sounds like you've done the first. If your user can't access the app then check that you've published the app to a  stream and that the user is allowed to access that stream.

thanks a lot for responce and time,

i've pulished the app,  i select in Licence managemend 4 user, and after Publishing in the Setting of app: User Access i see only 2 users

or how can i see that all user (4 users) have an Access to th stream?

The user access would be consumed only when the user uses it; (open the app).

to access to an app:

1) allocate a token (user or login access)

2) have the AUTHORISATION to see the app (STREAM)

go to the stream where u have ur app published

on the bottom right, open the security rules

go to the access security rule and add ur user to the list of users that can see the stream
