allocated users

hey guys,

im using qlik sense and i have a big problem. all my users changed their username (they moved to a new domain) and i need to deallocate them and then reallocate the new user name ( its the same users, only with different names)..
when im trying to deallocte the users, they changing their status to 'quarantined' , and i cant add new users cause the allocation is full.

what should i do?

If it is an active user in the past x days then when you deallocate the token it will go into quarantine before it will be freed up to reassign. 

Not much you can legitimately do about it if you don't have any extra tokens.

Is this a production or development system?
