Do you use any joins in your load statement? Sounds like a problem with an incorrect join.

i am using full outer joins and i found 19 records duplicated.

i an assuming that qlik sense cosidering  the field as string as long as is shown as general field in excel and in fact the field contains Numbers . Can I specify the data type for each field in data loader editer ?

I see. You should see if you can just fix this problem in Excel first (data preparation). I've had issues where there has been an extra space after a number and it counts as a separate value. I suggest copying the column's data into a new column in Excel then selecting all of the data and clicking Remove Duplicates on the Data tab as a way of diagnosing this issue.

Qlik Sense really only has 3 distinguishable data types; dates, numbers, and strings. These data types are defined by the Qlik engine as you load data in and I'm not sure if any of this will help with your particular issue. You can, of course, perform operations (like string manipulation/removing excess characters) on the data in your Excel document as you load it which will help prepare the data to fall into one of those three categories.

Here's some documentation I found: Data Types in Qlik Sense
