Can you please elaborate or provide a sample QVF , so that I can assist you with this?
QlikView has a way to do this with a list box . You can change the selection mechanism to be checkboxes as your screenshot shows. Qlik sense does NOT have this out of box. Its probably doable with an extension .
Do you need to use QlikView or Qlik Sense ?

I don't think we have a way to create a check table in qlik sense.
Here is a sample extension that can do this. Have you used extensions ? Ping me back if have not and need some guidance.
