New to Qlik Sense

Hello everyone.

I would like to classify based on time. For example, I want to have all orders for 10:00 in a group, all orders between 10:00 & 12:00 in a group, and all orders after 12:00 in a group. Someone any idea how this can be done? The time is now displayed in the format (11:21) or (mm: ss).
