I chatted with a Qlik Sales rep and they were not able to resolve my issue. I downloaded and launched Qlik sense desktop version 3.1 but I don't see create an app. I see the cloud, search magnifying glass and menu (...). I also see an arrow and alphabetically. Below is the consumer sales, executive dashboard, helpdesk management and gray tab for getting started...
I ran a repair: https://da3hntz84uekx.cloudfront.net/QlikSense/3.1.4/4/_MSI/Qlik_Sense_Desktop_setup.exe. Regrettably, that did not work. I uninstalled Qlik and downloaded it again. It still didn't work so I repaired it again, but it was unsuccessful. Please advise.
