create users in Qlik Sense

Hello

I'm new to Qlik Sense

what I want is the following:

I want to manage users from within QMC

I want to create User1, User2 and User3 in QMC

I want to give these users licenses so that they can access dashboards

on the dashboards I need to create section access so that only the users I create above are the ones who are authorized to view the dashboard

I want to make data reduction for these users

is this possible?

please advise on how to accomplish this
