data cleaning/data modeling for SLA's

Hi

i have data with relative SLA's like in below screenshot and can i put each value in new row for the respective jobID and want it in timestamp with AM or PM. can i use a Vlookup kind if i get the new SLA's, then I don't have to  change my data load every time.

I am sorry, but I don't understand what you mean. How does SLA and jobID relate to each other? The corresponding function to VLOOKUP in Qlik is applymap(). That function only works in the script though.

I'm trying to find the ways to get STA_Status in a single record for each sla (Ex:  incase of  6:30 10:30 4:30 18:30,  i need sla status met or failed for ever sla in separate line).

And my sla column need to be cleaned or create some kind of vlookup. if I have to , then how.
