I have de-allocated two tokens and removed their corresponding user from the system's local directory. Post the 7 day quarantine period, I realize that my tokens are not yet released (made available). Is this because I had deleted the users? Has someone else faced such a problem? Please suggest a solution for the same. jog
Yes, this is a known bug. Please contact Qlik Support for further assistance. This issue should be addressed in the next release of Qlik Sense (2.0.3), but for the time being users encountering this issue (tokens not being released from quarantined due to deleting users) should contact Qlik Support.
