There is a new version available Qlik Sense 3.0.1 , Please install this one and let me know what type of error you are facing.

Evaluated install condition QlikViewServer11X64Src to True

Evaluated install condition QlikViewServer11X64Sr1Sr2 to True

It looks like QlikView Server is installed on this box. Please uninstall it in order to install Qlik Sense Server.
