failed to configure Email server in Qlik Sense Business

when i try to configure email server in settings, it returns "Server Address failed to update"

I need to configure G-suite account (smtp.gmail.com)

If you are using gateway with your domain. In cloud it won't work. For that, you have unblock policies If your IT team will approve otherwise they must create another overrelay to work with email's..
