for add new data we have to create incremental load or create the task

I have xl file and i created the dashborad. in my xl sheet data added yesterday. have i create the incremental load task or it will automatically update?  please suggest me..

Depending on use case and what is best for the situation.

Tasks are set up on the server to reload the data at set intervals or on completion of other tasks. Save someone manually reloading them all the time.
