how can i disconnect qlik sense from my HFSQL database Server (QvConnect64.EXE ( ))

Qlik sense  entreprise 

os :windows 2019 server

database  : Hfsql

my problem is when i a m loading a large amount of data at certain point qlik sense hang and stop loading data 

when i finish the task manually and retry to load data i found that in the hfsql server  "QvConnect64.EXE ( )" still existing and blocking other operations

is there any solution to disconnect from hfsql server even when i force qlik sense to stop from loading

Yes i have tried the disconnect function but didnt work it work only when the code executes successfully not when i abort the load

i also change the task session timeout in the QMC  but didin t work
