I want to present a proportion with a  " one : many " look, maybe in a KPI?

Is something like that possible?

Yes, it should be possible. Instead of using:

num(sum({< Category = {'A'}>} Sales) / sum(Sales), '#,##0.0%')

to get a normal rate you could just leave the division like:

sum({< Category = {'A'}>} Sales) & ':' & sum(Sales)

or what you probably mean with proportion with something like:

1 & ':' & num(sum(Sales) / sum({< Category = {'A'}>} Sales), '#,##0.#')
