how to remove the measures names and values in the bar chart?

Hi All,

I have attached the one chart image.

In that i am creating the  4 measures.when i mouse over the budget bar it show all measures names and values.

but i need to show only budget name and budget value.if i click the actual bar need show only actual measure name and actual value.how to do this.

You want to customize the tooltip  in your chart?
I am pretty sure it is not possible. I have never seen it being done.
