how we come to know whether a sheet is saved in qlik or not

After clicking done in qlik sense, how we come to know that whether a sheet in app is saved or not in qlik server. If there is any status change or something

Please help me to sort out this problem

When you click Done the app is saved. You can check the 'Last modified' value in the QMC by adding that column in the app overview.

If we save many sheets in one app can we get the status of each sheet status or information about sheet

Afaik individual sheets don't have a status. The entire app is saved, not just a part of it.

This is the response i got for app details here lastReloadTime means saved time? if i didn't saved anything in app then i got "lastReloadTime":"1753-01-01T00:00:00.000Z"

lastReloadTime is for when the document was last reloaded.
modifiedDate is for when the document was last saved.

Thank you for the information.

But still after clicking on done in qliksense enterprise the modifiedDate is not updated.

If i change the description or after creating sheet modifiedDate is updating
