locked out of my accounts again (community and cloud)
I'm posting using a small business account that I'm setting up so they can try Qlik cloud for their small business.
I keep on being locked out of my accounts over the last few days
My log on name is RJ. My cloud name is RJ99. I was locked out recently but then managed to get back in. UsIng a new account called RJ99 (RJ didn't work).
Now I'm locked out again of both. I'm about to demo the cloud (RJ99) for a potential buyer today (I could use the desktop instead though so its not a big issue) where I have a sales demo for them set up. Is anyone else having the same problems?
