You can't do an app reload in offline mode.

Thanks for your reply, I understood that we can not reload app in offline mode. Let me rephrase  my question, While accessing app in offline mode, is it possible to take output of my analysis in pdf/spreadsheet from app?

Michael and Manoj,

Exports are currently not available for offline users. However when the user is online, they are allowed to export data from an online version of the dashboard, given that they have access to this from a governance perspective.
