if U have problem in IOS then its a port issue due to some security reason you cant see the app ,same app can be seen in Android and windows if its so change the port   or install some certificate and paste the thumbnail in the server

What it is not clear to me is if it works when you don't need the VPN app ? (e.g if your phone is in the same network of qlik server does it works or you've got the same problem ?).

It works without app if the mobile device is in the same network as the sense server.

Then IMHO we can say that the problem stay in the VPN configuration ... as you know the authentication in qlik is demanded to external services "Qlik Sense always asks an external system to verify who the user is and if the user can prove it. The interaction between Qlik Sense and the external identity provider is handled by authentication modules."... maybe your VPN settings doesn't allow this communication ?

Or even better ... could it be that VPN doesn't allow communication through a specific port ?

thank you for your replay,

my phone is not on servers network.

through android device with the same VPN app (Pulse), it works great.

only on ios devices that problem appears .

i don't think its a VPN issue because i see servers login page and after submitting cardinals the error message appears (attached in original post) and it works fine for android.

new certificate added, but previous certificate (installation default) had to be removed.

thank you.

Hi ilan,

Was this issue resolved? We are facing the same issue with iOS 10 and AirWatch.

Any tips or steps we can follow ?

Thanks,

Varun

hi, yes issue is resolved.

installed a valid certificate on server then delete previous (default) certificate, solved the issue.

was it working for you before iOS 10?
