this morning my qlik doesn't work.
No error message but only a White page
It is a well-known bug in 3.x that is still unresolved in 3.1.4.
The UI and engine starts up asynchronously and unfortunately the splash-screen (animated bubbles) does not wait for the engine to properly finish initiating so it allows the UI to try to display info too early.
You have to press F5 to refresh the Qlik Sense Desktop window or browser.

Despite having pressed the f5 key the problem persists.
I tried to close and reopen qlik but persists (blank page).
is there a log?
Start Qlik Sense Desktop and then try to open the URL to the Hub for the Qlik Sense Desktop. http://localhost:4848/hub
Do you get to the hub page then?
