how about workgroup development, is that possible? and if a user adds an object on an application is it going to be visible by another user ?

Hello Meriem,

Yes - Qlik Sense Apps can act like empty shells or templates, which can contains Dimensions / Measures and pre-defined / configured visualization objects.

Also, please check out this video - let me know what you think.

Note that objects will only be visible to users who have access to the app or stream (which is controlled with security rules) - you can see an example of that in this video: Qlik Sense Platform - Qlik Management Console - Streams - Part 2
