Hello, I linked below to a similar issue in the community. You may get some additional information using Web Developer Tools in your Browser to capture some additional errors. In a nutshell though, it sounds like there is a bad extension. You may be able to uninstall and reinstall, it may be that extension is no longer supported for the version of Qlik Sense you are using, or something like that. It is hard to say without additional info. Would you be able to take the Web Capture and post further info on your error? Thanks -
