qliksense load data error

Hi everybody,

As the picture shows, when I drag my excel file into the qliksense on web, error comes up. And if I click the load data editor,I can enter the script  interface. And sometimes I restart my computer, maybe no error. So what's wrong? Please tell me. Thanks.
