"No such host is known" when deleting an app

Hi there

I'm pretty new to Qlik Sense and have an issue when trying to delete an app (published or un-published) from the QMC...

I get the message asking if I'm sure I want to delete it... but when I confirm, I get an error stating 'No such host is known', with an option to restart the server.

I've had a look through the QMC and the only mention I can find regarding a 'host' is in the Nodes screen... There's a host name set there and I CAN navigate to it.

Any help you can offer will be gratefully received,

make sure 4747 port is opened both inwards and outwards.

I tried opening the ports... but it made no difference.

A quick restart of the Qlik services managed to get around that though
