restrict user access to all apps within a stream to read only qlik sense

Hi  I have a stream xxx and right now all of the users can see data load editor, etc  I need to restrict their permissions such that they cannot access QMC or data load editor, etc  I tried setting stream access to READ but that does not seem to apply to the apps within the stream.

What rule do I need to edit or rule do I need to create to address this?

I'm new to Qlik security rules so please provide step by step instructions if possible
