run a reload in a different time zone

Hello,

Is there a way to run a reload in a different time zone so that all the functions related to date and time will work in a different time zone.

Basically I would like to create a reload task and set the reload to a certain time zone and then if in the script we use the function today() it will reflect the time zone for the reload task.

Looking for suggestions on the best way to accomplish this.
