Like forecasting sales in a specific area according to residents' incomes, number of ads, etc.

it depends on the data you have, the way you want to do the forecast and the expected output.

It is possible to make all type of calculations on qlik tools.

so to answer your question, YES it is possible to do forecasting on Qlik, BUT the is no specific techniques to do it.
